I grew up on the Tewa & Tanos lands of New Mexico and have moved to various cities in my life only to come back to where I began, to be of service. My ancestors are from Northern Europe, the Netherlands, England, Ireland and the British Isles.
I am a psychotherapist (LMFT) with a depth based approach to care. I offer rituals and care for the postpartum time through an ancestral lens. I am also an artist with a primary focus in stained glass and painting.
My heart is rooted in the value of relationships and community- that when we are attuned and caring for one another, we can grow and thrive individually and collectively. When we are witnessed and heard through our passages in life, we can make meaning and move forward into a new way of being. This work for me is about reclaiming our belonging to earth, to one another, about owning who we are in all of our medicine and power, and moving forward together in this life that we were gifted.

A deep bow of gratitude and love to my therapist mentors: Lisa Frankfort, Donna Zoll, Cori Bussolari, Janet Frost, Nancy Feehan & Patty Cowick for helping illuminate my path. After working through some healing of intergenerational trauma, I began exploring where psychotherapy meets spirituality and became a practitioner of Ancestral Healing. I then studied with Rachelle Garcia Seliga in her Innate Postpartum Care Certification training. I am currently studying Jungian Psychology at the C.G. Jung Institute of Santa Fe.
