Welcome to my practice based in Albuquerque, New Mexico where I offer individual integrative depth therapy services as well as postpartum care inclusive for any birthing human. The name Hey Oma is a tribute to my ancestors, it is a love note and reminder of our belonging as we heal wounding that has been passed down but simultaneously carry strength and deep wisdom from all of the ones before us. May we be held so tenderly in all we must move through in this life, may we stay hand in hand through the suffering and joy.
